Creative Consent
Demonstrates that a platform licenses and uses creator content on rights-compliant terms: how it treats creator data, content, and metadata, and whether it respects creators' choices about AI training. For platforms that want to show creators, in a standardized way, that consent is honored.
- Full Protection: the platform does not use creator content for AI training, does not use it internally for generative AI, and does not share it with third parties for AI training.
- Optional Protection: the platform gives users a choice about AI training use, with a clear, cost-free, and simple opt-out.
- No Protection: the platform uses creator content for AI training without consent or compensation and offers no opt-out.
Commercial Safety
Demonstrates that an AI company's training data practices and disclosure standards are ready for emerging regulation, including the EU AI Act and California AB 2013. For AI companies that want to show customers and partners their training practices stand on licensed, documented sourcing.
